Okay so my birthdays coming up this June and I want to get new clothes. But I also want to lose weight before I go clothes shopping. I’m not good with reading the back of things and deciding how much protein or nutrition or whateverrr that crap is/means. There’s no public gyms around where I live and I don’t own any equipment. I’m only 15..Any hints?

I was trying to lose some weight before spring break amd I stumbled accross the website below. I lost 23 lbs in 4 1/2 weeks and felt great in my swimsuit. Check it out if you want something that really works.

Treadmill- Cardio is the best way for you to burn calories. I would say a good 300-600 is good to burn on the treadmill. Within 10 minutes of running a mile I burn 100 calories. You can probably exceed more than that.

ok the good thing is that you have realized you wanna lose weight and you wanna do it in a healthy way.. congrats! you are on ur way to a more healthier you..
okie first of all remove rice and noodles from your diet.. if you wanna have you can have the whole grain version of pasta.. and as for meats have lean meats.. fish is the best..
and have more veggies and avoid fatty/greasy/sugary stuff.. maybe you can have one day a week where you can eat nething so that you dont cheat on the other days..
have a nice healthy breakfast.. maybe milk and cereal with fresh fruit or sth like that..
and start exercising.. if you have never exercised before i would recommend start with a 60 min walk.. then make it a brisk walk.. then slowly start jogging or running.. or else you could join an aerobics class.. or you could take up a sport you like or you could swim…
you should also add weight training 2-3 days a week so that you can tone up your body..
this combination of controlling your diet and exercising will definitely lose the weight..
you should see a weight loss of around 1-2pounds per week if you follow this..

Your body doesnt have to be emptied of food energy to burn fat he said that if i just get my heart rate up to about 135 bpm my body would switch from burning food energy to burning fat off of my body after about 20 minutes of this pace.

I am 13 and I already need birth control, not because I’m doing the nasty nasty, but for three reasons- Regulate Period, Weight loss, Acne control. But the main reason is weight loss. hey well i started on it today it mainly focuses on resistance training and muscle work this is for both men and woman
its ok except it KILLS ur muscles which is the purpose of resistance training.
i think its great and i hope it will kick in fast enough coz im obese haha and i rlly need to lose the fat,
